How To Create Your Decubate Account
From roadmap to reality, the Decubate platform is now open for registration. Supported features include:

Account Registration Walkthrough
Step 1: Visit the Decubate platform: https://platform.decubate.com
Step 2: Select “Register” from the menu on the upper right hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Complete the required fields to register including: Email, Password, Country of Residence and Date of Birth. Accept terms & conditions and privacy policy and select the “Next” button.
Step 4: A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Navigate to your email and click on the confirmation link. If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Step 5: Once your email has been confirmed, select the “Done” button to navigate to your Decubate Account page.
Identity Verification (KYC) Walkthrough
Step 1: On your Decubate Account page, click on the “verify your account” link.
Step 2: Enter your legal first and last names and select the “Next” button. *Note: the names you enter must match your identity document (e.g. ID Card, Passport or Driver’s License).
Step 3: Use your webcam or phone to photograph and upload your identity document (ID Card, Passport or Driver’s License) and your photograph. Select the “Choose Document” button to get started.
Step 4: After uploading your identity document and photograph, track your identity verification status on your Account page. For most users, the verification process is completed in under 1 hour. If you experience issues with the identity verification process, please contact us at: kyc@decubate.com
Wallet Verification Walkthrough
Step 1: On your Decubate Account page, click on the “verify wallet” link under the Wallet section of the page.
Step 2: Select the “Connect wallet” button and choose which wallet you want to verify. We support MetaMask, TrustWallet (Web & Android only) and WalletConnect .
Step 3: Once you’ve set your wallet, select the “Continue” button to proceed with the wallet verification process.
Step 4: Confirm your chosen wallet by selecting the “Verify wallet” button.
Step 5: Return to your Decubate Account page by selecting the “Done” button
Step 6: View the status of wallet verification on your Decubate account page. *Note: wallet verification is dependent on completing identity verification. Your wallet will not be verified until you KYC.
Strengthen Account Security (2FA) Walkthrough
Step 1: On your Decubate Account page, click on the “enable” link under the Security section of the page.
Step 2: Scan the QR code with your phone to access the verification code. You must have an authentication app on your device such as Google Authenticator, Authy, LastPass, etc. Enter the verification code into the field and select the “Verify” button to continue.
Step 3: View the status of 2 factor authentication on your Decubate account page.
FAQS
Why was my identity verification submission rejected?
If your submission is rejected, it might be due to the following reasons:
- Your documents do not match
- Your documents are not legible and/or appear to be modified
- Your selfie is unclear and blurry
- Your documents are not valid (e.g expired)
Please complete the identity verification process again and make sure you carefully follow the requirements. If you continue to experience issues with identity verification, please contact kyc@decubate.com.
How long does identity verification approval take?
Most submissions are approved in minutes when a high-quality document and selfie images are uploaded. However, the process can take up to a couple of hours if additional screening is required.
How do I know if my identity has been verified?
You will receive a notification email informing you of the status of the KYC process. (Please check all your email box including junk/spam mail)
